eibahood is a trusted home and relocation platform making it easier for people, especially Ghanaians abroad to find reliable services and homes in Accra. For their rentals arm, we were brought into design and build a complete concierge style rental website focused on flexible monthly payments and verified listings.

Our role involved more than just visuals, we developed a user-focused platform that tackled two major challenges: trust and accessibility. From architecture to launch, we crafted a responsive website that feels approachable and credible, especially for users booking remotely or for the first time.

We integrated key features including:

• A custom rental listing system tailored to monthly payment models.
• WhatsApp-based booking and support, which matched local user behavior.
• Secure online payment integration for deposits and concierge services.
• SEO optimization and content structure to attract organic search traffic from both Ghana and the diaspora.
• A CMS for the Neibahood team to easily update listings and manage inquiries in-house.
• Mobile-first design to ensure smooth performance across all devices.

Beyond development, we worked closely with the Neibahood team on UX strategy, helping shape the messaging, flow, and tone to feel both premium and local. We focused on building trust into the interface: clear service descriptions, human-centered imagery, and call-to-actions that emphasize safety and support.

Since launch, the platform has seen consistent engagement, strong referral traffic, and a growing user base interested in trusted rentals, especially from diaspora clients planning relocation. The client praised the build for capturing their brand ethos and giving them a strong foundation to scale other verticals like home services, relocation assistance, and neighborhood content.
